Vision for Remora Robotics
“I look forward to contributing my experience in leadership, development, and commercialization of knowledge-based companies, both in Norway and internationally. My broad board experience can be used to address the challenges and opportunities that Remora Robotics will face,” says Moen.
Moen emphasizes the importance of being a good support and sparring partner for the CEO, as well as ensuring necessary resources for planned development.
“We will focus on both sales growth and building the company for rapid expansion,” she explains.
Ambitions for the future
“Our goal is to deliver the best solution for improved fish health to the dedicated customers both in Norway and internationally. The coming year is all about growth. I will be contributing to the board and team being aligned on the way forward, and that we collaborate optimally to achieve our goals,” says Moen.
Moen sees enormous opportunities both in Norway and internationally.
“Good net cleaning is crucial for better fish health and profitable operations, and Remora’s solution does this in an optimal, efficient, and gentle manner. We are in an extremely exciting industry with potential beyond salmon production.”
Sustainability and innovation

The developments in digitalization and more efficient and secure operations in the industry fit perfectly with our strategy. The world needs food from the sea, and Remora contributes to a development in the right direction,” Moen points out.
In conclusion, Moen expresses her enthusiasm for the new role:
“I’m really looking forward to collaborating with the other board members, owners, and especially the team at Remora! This is going to be incredibly exciting.”
