Helge Gåsø’s Investment Firm, Frøy Kapital, Invests in Remora Robotics – Innovative Robotic Technology for Sustainable Cage Cleaning in Aquaculture

Remora Robotics, a leading player in autonomous cage cleaning, is raising up to 80 million in fresh capital. Among the investors is Frøy Kapital, which, along with existing investors Grieg Kapital, Momentum, and Singularity, is investing in Remora’s innovative robotic technology.
Frøy Kapital’s main goal is to contribute to the development of profitable businesses and create jobs along the Norwegian coast. They are now betting on robotic technology for net cleaning, an investment that signals a strong belief in Remora Robotics’ solutions. Remora Robotics has developed an autonomous cleaning robot that removes harmful biofouling using gentle brushing technology, while also using sensors and advanced algorithms to monitor and inspect the fish cages. Future Growth and Development The investment from Frøy Kapital, along with further investments from existing owners Grieg Kapital, Momentum, and Singularity, underpins a solid platform for Remora Robotics.
