A new chapter in aquaculture
Hermund-Thomas’s journey in the aquaculture industry has been marked by a dedication to innovation and improvement.
“After about ten years in aquaculture, with nearly six of those years directed towards revolutionizing net cleaning, I’m thrilled to start this new chapter with Remora Robotics,” Hermund-Thomas shares.
“During my time at Frøy, I was involved in mapping out the future of net cleaning. It became clear that the future is now, and autonomous units are leading the way.”
His role at Remora Robotics will focus on enhancing customer relationships and ensuring that the company’s innovative solutions are aligned with client needs.
“I look forward to being part of a forward-leaning team at Remora Robotics and contributing my expertise to make net cleaning even more effective in terms of biosecurity, gill health, and constant monitoring of net integrity,” he adds.
