AquaNext 2024 brought together leading minds, bold ideas, and cutting-edge technology within aquaculture — and Remora Robotics was proud to take part in it all.
Throughout the week, we welcomed a steady stream of visitors to our stand, where our autonomous net cleaning robot was on full display. From live demos to deep discussions about fish welfare and operational efficiency, the interest and engagement from attendees were truly inspiring.

On Tuesday, our CEO Svein Erik Gregersen took the stage during the “Aquaculture Technology” conference segment to present Remora’s business model: CleanNet-as-a-Service. His message was clear — by combining autonomy with a service-based approach, we deliver measurable value to farmers, suppliers, and the industry at large.
– Faster innovation drives higher value creation. At the same time, we’re solving real challenges and working towards more sustainable operations, said Gregersen.

Visit by Minister of Digitalization
Remora also joined the panel Innovation in the Supplier Industry, alongside inspiring speakers from Zaptec, University of Stavanger, Alotta, and AKVA group — highlighting how collaborative innovation is shaping the future of aquaculture.
A highlight of the week was a visit from Minister of Digitalization Karianne Tung, who took the time to test drive our robot and discuss the role of digital tools in building smarter, more resilient infrastructure in the seafood sector.

We also pitched at DNB-Globen’s Technology Pitches, and connected with investors, partners, and potential clients — all passionate about building a better tomorrow for the industry.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat and a look at our technology. We’re excited to keep pushing boundaries — together.
